How can I get pricing?
Do you sell to the public?
We sell directly to the public as well as other businesses. Please note we have a $20 CAD minimum for all non-account orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards, interact e-transfers, or cash if you're here in-person.

What type of fasteners do you sell?
Can you cross-reference a part from another supplier?
We can cross-reference almost any part number. Simply send us a part number with a supplier name or a link to the product and we will get back to you with a quote.
Do you stock items?
There are over 60,000 items currently on our shelf. Let us know what you want and we'll tell you if it's here or we'll start sourcing it for you!
Delivery and Shipping
Do you offer delivery?
If you're located within Cambridge, Kitchener, or Waterloo, we can deliver. Plus if your order is over $50 it's free! Orders under $50 have a small $5 delivery fee.
Can you ship our order?
Absolutely. We can prepay and charge it to your invoice or ship it via one of your accounts like Apex, Cardinal, DHL, Dicom, FedEx, Midland, Purolator, Sameday, etc.
Can you provide RoHS, Certificate of Compliance, Country of Origin, etc.?
For most products, we can provide these certifications. Please advise at the time of quote any quality requirements.
