Inside Order Desk/Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional individual to assist our customers on our order desk and work on our marketing strategy as an Inside Order Desk/Marketing Coordinator.

 

Location: 520 Boxwood Dr. Cambridge, Ontario N3E 0A6

Hours: 37.5 hrs/wk

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 – 5:00

 

Key Elements of this Position:

  • This role is to blend strategy, planning and execution of projects

  • Provide order desk support to wide range of national manufactures and distributors by processing order inquiries and ensuring a positive order fulfillment experience

  • Source products and quote clients in a competitive and timely manner

  • Promote Knapp Fasteners and company products while following up with quotes

  • Contribute to the marketing and advertising strategy to help achieve our goals and objectives

  • Maintain and update company website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Create new advertising material to promote business growth

  • Deliver the highest quality service to each of our clients

 

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies & qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Marketing or similar program

  • Engaging and positive outlook to provide helpful customer service to our clients

  • Creative with the ability to present new ideas for marketing and advertising initiatives

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and attention to detail to increase efficiency

  • Intermediate computer skills incl. Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel

  • Bilingual is considered an asset (French and English) 

  • Fastener knowledge is considered an asset
